Our work with SMEs & Small Businesses
Most small businesses in Africa do not fail because the idea was wrong. They fail because the infrastructure never caught up with the ambition. We work with SMEs and small businesses that have outgrown their current systems — embedding the financial discipline, operational rigour, and leadership capability that turns a promising business into a durable one. We do not work with small businesses because we have to. We work with them because some of Africa's most important companies are still small — and we intend to help them become what they are capable of becoming.
